Payment & Returns

We hope that this never happens, but in the event that you’re unhappy with one of our products, we’ll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. If our product is the wrong model or color for you, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date.

The original item must be returned in like-new condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. If you’ve requested any modifications or customizations WE WILL NOT be able to accept a return or a refund as it is NOT a product design we have displayed on our website and cannot be resold.
